the OCEAN view from my room was AMAZING. i saw disney fireworks every night from my window it lasted for about 10 minutes. the room service was helpful and prompt.
the shuttle only runs on fridays, saturdays, and holidays IT'S NOT EVERY DAY. the outlets in the room didn't work which was frustrating. the location felt a bit isolated because you needed a bus or taxi to get around

the room was spacious with great bathroom facilities. the swimming pool complex was fantastic. the breakfast buffet had a very good variety, this was a major plus. the staff were helpful and the gym was decent for a hotel gym.
I found that the room cleaning was not as thorough as i expected. The carpets and some surfaces needed more attention.

The hotel is away from the crowds, surrounded by beach and trees. The area is great for exploring nearby islands. bus routes to the airport and subway are frequent and reliable.
